- 8 oz noodles (such as udon or lo mein)
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp ginger, grated
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tbsp hoisin sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 2 green onions, sliced
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
Instructions
- Cook noodles according to package instructions, drain, and set aside.
- Heat vegetable oil in a large pan over medium heat.
- Add ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it apart as it cooks.
- Add garlic, ginger, and red pepper flakes (if using), stirring for 1 minute.
- Mix in soy sauce, brown sugar, hoisin sauce, and sesame oil.
- Add cooked noodles and toss until well coated.
- Garnish with green onions and serve hot.
