Description
A simple and delicious roast turkey breast with a sweet maple glaze.
Ingredients

- 1 turkey breast (about 2–3 lbs)
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp dried thyme
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Pat the turkey breast dry and rub with olive oil, salt, pepper, and thyme.
- Place turkey breast in a roasting pan and roast for 45 minutes.
- Mix maple syrup and Dijon mustard in a small bowl.
- Brush the glaze over the turkey breast and roast for another 15-20 minutes until internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Let rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
Notes
- Use a meat thermometer for accurate doneness.
- Adjust glaze sweetness by adding more or less maple syrup.
- Leftovers can be stored in the fridge for up to 3 days.
