A simple and delicious roast turkey breast with a sweet maple glaze.


Ingredients

  • 1 turkey breast (about 23 lbs)
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp dried thyme

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Pat the turkey breast dry and rub with olive oil, salt, pepper, and thyme.
  3. Place turkey breast in a roasting pan and roast for 45 minutes.
  4. Mix maple syrup and Dijon mustard in a small bowl.
  5. Brush the glaze over the turkey breast and roast for another 15-20 minutes until internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  6. Let rest for 10 minutes before slicing.

Notes

  • Use a meat thermometer for accurate doneness.
  • Adjust glaze sweetness by adding more or less maple syrup.
