A classic, easy-to-make Parmesan Chicken recipe, inspired by Ina Garten.
Ingredients
- Chicken breasts
- Grated Parmesan cheese
- Eggs
- Breadcrumbs
- Flour
- Olive oil
- Salt and pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Prepare three shallow dishes: one with flour, one with beaten eggs, and one with breadcrumbs and Parmesan cheese. Season each with salt and pepper.
- Dredge chicken breasts in flour, then egg, and finally the breadcrumb mixture.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Cook chicken for 3-4 minutes per side, until golden brown.
- Transfer chicken to a baking dish.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until cooked through.
- Serve immediately.
Notes
- You can add Italian seasoning to the breadcrumb mixture.
- Serve with your favorite sides, like pasta or a salad.
